Welcome to "TAI Bot - AI ChatBot" (the "App"), an A.I. app. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the App.

1. Acceptance of Terms:

By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the App.

2. User Data:

When you use the App, we collect certain information about your mobile device, such as device type, operating system, and mobile network information. We also collect your phone number, email address, or social media login information for authentication purposes.

We may store your spoken or typed words on our server to provide your filtered/relevant ads.

We also use third-party ad networks, such as Google and Facebook, to display ads in the App. These networks may collect information about your device and browsing activity to display relevant ads.

By using the App, you consent to this potential use of your data.

3. Use of the App:

You may use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You may not modify, copy, distribute, transmit, display, perform, reproduce, publish, license, create derivative works from, transfer, or sell any information, software, products, or services obtained from the App.

4. Advertisements:

We display advertisements from third-party networks, such as Google and Facebook. By using the App, you agree to receive these advertisements.

We may also offer a paid version of the App without advertisements. By purchasing the paid version, you will no longer receive advertisements in the App.

5. Limitation of Liability:

The App is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not warrant that the App will be error-free, uninterrupted, or secure.

In no event shall we be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages arising out of or related to your use of the App.

We do not take responsibility for any advice, recommendations, or suggestions provided by the App. The App is designed to generate responses based on the input prompt and its algorithms. The responses provided by the App are for informational and entertainment purposes only and should not be relied upon for any critical or life-altering decisions. We recommend that you do not follow or act on any advice, recommendations, or suggestions provided by the App without consulting a qualified professional.

6. Changes to Terms and App:

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the App or these Terms at any time without notice.

7. Governing Law:

These Terms and your use of the App shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law. Any dispute arising out of or related to these Terms or the App shall be brought exclusively in the courts located in India, and you consent to the jurisdiction of such courts. The United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods does not apply to these Terms.

8. Intellectual Property Rights:

The App and its entire contents, features, and functionality, including but not limited to all information, software, text, displays, images, video, and audio, and the design, selection, and arrangement thereof are owned by TAI Bot - AI ChatBot or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You may not modify, adapt, translate, reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble or create derivative works based on the App or any portion of it.

9. Indemnification:

You agree to indemnify and hold TAI Bot - AI ChatBot and its officers, directors, employees, and agents harmless from any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees and costs, arising out of or in any way connected with your use of the App, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of another.

10. Termination:

These Terms will continue to apply until terminated by either you or TAI Bot - AI ChatBot. You may terminate these Terms at any time by uninstalling the App and ceasing all use of it. TAI Bot - AI ChatBot may terminate these Terms at any time, with or without notice, if you breach any of these Terms.

11. Miscellaneous:

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and TAI Bot - AI ChatBot regarding the use of the App. If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect. TAI Bot - AI ChatBot's failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be deemed a waiver of such right or provision.

These Terms are personal to you and may not be assigned or transferred by you. TAI Bot - AI ChatBot may assign, transfer, or delegate any of its rights and obligations under these Terms without your consent.

The headings in these Terms are for convenience only and do not affect the interpretation of these Terms.
